Expressing our dining experience in Food Panda is not a problem. The application allows customer to give their review after 10 minutes from the time the food arrived.
Here are the three simple steps to express our satisfaction or dissatisfaction with a restaurants’ food or services.
1. A pop-up message asking for your rating will be sent to you after 10 minutes from receipt of your food;
2. Select the number of stars (from 1 star to 5 stars) reflecting your feedback;
3. Give a descriptive remark relative to your rating.

I agree with all the points you made here. I usually check on the reviews before ordering something especially when I shop online. I believe most costumers depend on the reviews before buying. As a costumer, leaving honest and detailed reviews is very important. I don't even get that notification and i just got a realllllyyyy bad experience with one of the resturants on food panda…. I'm disappointed in food and as well as the rude resturant… Guys stop ordering food from foodpanda…. They're wasting our money with not testing the home cooking resturants…. I'm so sad i was so hungry now i fell nauseous after eat that food… Which wasn't even the same as it should have to be…. 😩😩😩😩

I often check reviews. If there are too many bad ones, I'll skip and go to the next one.

I always take the time to leave a review if I thought the food and service was good. Sometimes a bad review can hurt a restaruant that's understaffed etc, and having worked in those conditions, I can't justify it.
