Brittany Corporation recently topped off the third building of Alpine Villas in Crosswinds Tagaytay.

Brienz is Alpine Villas’ third residential building, which will offer 89 units of studio and one-bedroom with a starting price of P141,000 per square meter, currently valued at P300,000 per square meter. Up to 98% of the units have already been sold during the initial launch.
Alpine Villas is Crosswinds’ 2.8-hectare enclave that features mid-rise residential towers surrounded by charming European-inspired cafes and restaurants.
