How do the registration options work?
If the information is not consistent or is not found on your SSS records, the system will reject your online application.
TIP:
To avoid delay, choose the option that you think you have the correct information. Otherwise, you have to repeat the process.
What are the 5 options?
1. Bank Account Number / UMID ATM Account Number registered in SSS
You need to have your bank account number or UMID card registered as an ATM account number to use this option.
2. Mobile number registered in SSS
To use your mobile number to register, you must link this to your SSS records.
3. UMID card number
If you opt for UMID Card Number to register, you should have your UMID Card number ready.
4. Employer ID Number
Option Number 4 is for the employed members, whether in the formal or informal sector. So, if you are one, this is the best option for you.
5. Payment Reference Number (PRN) / Special Bank Receipt Number (SBR) / Payment Receipt Transaction Number (PRTN)
The PRN / SBR / PRTN is the number written on the topmost right portion of the receipt you get when paying for your contributions.
You may use Option Number 5 if you are a self-employed member.
